Najma Energy Essences
Najma Energy Essences are made by an English and a Lebanese homeopath in the shrines and ancient, holy places of Lebanon, according to received guidance. They are preserved using Lebanese brandy, and where possible are made using local spring water. Dosage: 4-6 drops in a little water, sipped slowly, once or twice a day for up to 3 weeks. Belonging ~ Najma Essence
This Essence is made on the Chekka peninsula, known in ancient times as the Face of God, in the ruins of an old hermitage. It relates particularly to the base chakra, and therefore to issues of identity, survival and trust in life. It is indicated where there has been a background of abuse (violent or sexual) or where people have suffered a profound shock or uprooting, which has affected their trust in life. People who have a sense of shame remaining after a trauma may also benefit from this essence.
Physical symptoms such as recurrent diarrhoea or constipation, sciatica or low back problems, circulation troubles of the lower legs and recurrent E.N.T. infections may all be due to disruption of the base chakra.

This Essence is made near the village of Amchit, north of Byblos, on the Mediterranean coast, and relates to the sacral chakra. Re-vitalise is for people who are worn out, who have lost their enthusiasm for life, their playfulness and spontaneity, or their sexual libido. Made in a tiny stone shrine dedicated to the Prophet Moses, in the village of Kmatieh, this Essence is for those whose heart centre/chakra has been wounded by romantic disappointments, or by family difficulties. Emerging ~ Najma Essence
Emerging is made in a shrine to Jonah, in Jiyeh, near Beirut, and seems to be related to the throat chakra. Physical health problems associated with poor function of this chakra include recurrent gum disease, teeth grinding, mouth ulcers and tonsillitis. Use Emerging to open up your voice and sing, to speak out what you really need to say. If you haven’t been following the ‘call of your soul’ and you find yourself grumbling and complaining about others, when really the responsibility is your own.
This Essence may also be useful for anyone who feels separated from their community after studying, illness, divorce, depression etc – it may help them to re-enter the community on their own terms.

Perspective ~ Najma Essence
Made at the Hermel Pyramid in the northern Bekaa valley, Perspective is related to the Ajna; the brow chakra or Third Eye. This chakra is partly to do with our ability to get a clear overview of a situation – so this Essence may help at times when you are overwhelmed by the amount of things you have to do or organise. During periods of great confusion Perspective Essence can bring a more detached view of the situation, and the ability to plan. Use it to ‘clear the air’ during confrontations or family/ relationship situations where everyone is going round and round over the same stuff without being able to ‘see’ where they’re going. Unveiling ~ Najma Essence
Unveiling is made in the ruins of the Temple of Eshmoun, the ancient Phoenician god of healing, near Sidon. This Essence may facilitate bringing unconscious material manifesting as sickness or repeated behaviours to the surface, through the media of dreams, memories or realisations. So when you don’t understand why something keeps on and on happening, and you need a signpost to show you the way to releasing the cycle, take Unveiling.
