Notes on Sanum remedies
As with all systems of nature cure, the Sanum remedies can
provoke a healing reaction before improvement. To minimise any such
aggravation please ensure that your patients are aware of the
importance of the eliminatory pathways of the body: the bowels,
skin, lymph, kidneys, and lungs. These excretory organs should be
functioning as well as possible. In many cases, the Sanum remedies
are supported by homeopathic or herbal drainage remedies. Patients
new to these remedies can assist detoxification with a
naturopathically oriented diet, plenty of pure water, appropriate
exercise, colon cleansing, fresh air, sweating and massage.
As a general rule, the more chronic the condition the less a
remedy must be administered in terms of quantity, frequency and
potency. Starting with a lower dose and working upwards, building
up the intake gently, is a good way to ensure that the patient can
fully integrate the changes possible.
Be aware that the action of the Sanum remedies can be undermined
by anti-microbial medications and strong substances. Also avoid
using Sanum remedies at the same time as immunosuppressive
medications or treatments and leave an interval of four weeks
before or after vaccinations.
