• Terms
  Small orders of 6 or less items placed before 1pm UK time (Monday to Friday) are despatched the same day. Larger orders (up to 40 items) are done in order of receipt and are usually despatched within a few days. Please allow up to 28 days for very large orders.
• Minimum Order Value
  We have a minimum order value of 9.00 GBP for overseas orders. Two of our smallest bottles will be sufficient to cover this.
  
• Postage
  Postage is calculated for orders, but where the order value exceed £150 sterling, we will use a courier service at an extra charge. You will be advised before despatch.
  
• Non receipt of orders.
  Occasionally parcels can be lost by the mail services. In this case we will resend the order after 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days for overseas orders. These times are a guide, and when the mail services take industrial action, these may be extended.
• Returns
  As all our remedies are hand made to order, we cannot accept return of items that have been incorrectly ordered.
  Sundry shop items cannot be returned.
• Order Confirmation
  When you place your order online you will receive a confirmation and order number. A confirmation docket will be sent via email when the goods are despatched.
  Orders should arrive within a few days of confirmation of despatch depending on your location. Please contact us within 30 days should your order not arrive.
• Catalogue Description
  Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, sizes and formats are correct at the time of going to press, prices include VAT where applicable. Helios reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
