A Vogel Luffa Complex Herbal Tincture contains seven tropical herbs, including Sponge Cucumber (Luffa), Heartseed and American Spikenard. The herbs have been shown to be helpful for hayfever, allergic rhinitis and allergies. It may be useful as part of a programme for reducing allergic reactions such as sneezing, itchy and runny eyes and a blocked or stuffy nose.

Ingredients
Contains the extracts of: Aralia racemosa* (American Spikenard), Cardiospermum halicacabum* (Heartseed), Galphimia glauca (Golden Thryallis), Luffa operculata (Luffa), Larrea mexicana (Chapparal), Okoubaka aubre villei (Okoubaka) and Ammi visnaga (Toothpick Weed). Alcohol content: 67% v/v. *Organically grown.
Directions for use
Adults: 20 drops 2 to 3 times daily in a small amount of water. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.

Avoid during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
