Within the UK:

First Class

First class Royal Mail delivery for small parcels. Tracking number supplied at dispatch. No signature required. Allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Special Delivery Service

The Royal Mail Special Delivery service gives priority to your delivery and requires a signature. This applies to orders of 6 pharmacy dispensed remedies or less placed before 1.00pm Monday to Friday. A delivery will be attempted on the working day following dispatch but this is not guaranteed to all postal areas. A signature on delivery is required. The order must weigh less than 2kg. This service costs in addition to standard P&P charges.

This service can be applied to larger orders (under 2kg) when placed by phone or email but applies from the date the order is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

Parcel Force 24 hour Service

All orders weighing more than 1.75kg will be sent via this method. Orders are delivered the following working day after dispatch. A signature is required. This service costs £12.69.

Overseas orders:

Standard Shipping

This is Royal Mail airmail from UK and is NOT trackable. Delivery times vary depending on destination.

International Business Tracked and Signed (IBTS)

For packages weighing less than 1.75kg and recommended for orders with a value of £180 or more. Provides end to end tracking with a signature required for proof of delivery.

Speed: Europe approx. 2-3 weeks (not guaranteed), rest of the World approx. 1-2 weeks (not guaranteed). See http://www.royalmail.com/personal/international-delivery/international-tracked-signed/coverage for destinations. This service incurs an additional charge of £13.25.

International Business Tracked (IBT)

For packages weighing less than 1.75kg and recommended for orders with a value of £180 or more. Provides tracking from UK to destination country only, no signature required and no onward tracking in country of destination.

International Business Signed (IBS) not available in Europe

For packages weighing less than 1.75kg and recommended for orders with a value of £180 or more. Package NOT trackable, but signature required at point of delivery.

Please note that we can no longer use a European courier service (previously Euro Priority) and so European orders need to be kept to a weight of 1.75kg or less. Global Priority

Compulsory for packages weighing more than 1.75kg or with a value of more than £180. Signature required. Prices dependant on destination country.

Speed: Approx. 3-8 working days (not guaranteed).

Northern Ireland Agent

We are pleased to report that we now have a Helios agent in Northern Ireland successfully handling smaller orders up to 2kg in weight for our customers in certain EU countries where we have experienced significant delays at Customs since Brexit.
