Directions for use
Do not exceed the recommended intake. Do not take if you are likely to become pregnant, except on the advice of your doctor. Recommended Daily Dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Children: 3-12 Years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) Winter Dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily Children 3-12 years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily Food supplements should not replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
