Medicinal Ingredients: Elemental magnesium (from magnesium carbonate*) – 375mg per 4g Non-medicinal Ingredient: Citric acid*, raspberry & citrus fruit extracts, stevia *Magnesium carbonate and citric acid combined with water create ionic magnesium citrate
Directions for use
Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2g (1 teaspoon) daily and gradually increase to 4g (2 teaspoons) per day. MAG365 can be taken during meals or on an empty stomach. Dose can be taken at one time or split throughout the day. Directions: Dissolve in a small amount of water. If using hot water, wait 30 seconds for product to activate; if using cold water, wait 30 minutes before consumption. Fill the remainder of your glass with hot or cold liquid of your choice.
