Directions for use
RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Children under 12: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) WINTER DOSE: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily Children 3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Once opened, keep the bottle tightly sealed and store in a dry place below 250C. Food supplements should not replace a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Caution
Do not exceed the recommended intake. If pregnant, breast feeding or under medical supervision, seek medical advice before taking. Sambucol can lower blood sugar, so should be used with caution by diabetics please consult your diabetic doctor/nurse. Also, as it is an immune stimulant, it is not suitable for people suffering from auto-immune conditions and/or taking immuno-suppressants.
