Dr Bach originally called Rock Rose the ‘rescue remedy’. ‘The remedy of emergency… Other remedies in addition may also be required…’ This became the Five Flowers of Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose and Star of Bethlehem. It is used as a single essence and can be added with others to make individual Bach essence combinations.
Five Flower remedy is the original ‘rescue remedy’ formula for emergency situations.

Ingredients
Organic Cognac (40%) with original Bach Flower Essences: Prunus cerasifera, Clematis vitalba, Impatiens glandulifera, Helianthemum nummularium, Ornithogalum umbellatum
Directions for use
2 drops in a glass of water and sip at intervals, or 2 drops in a 30ml dropper bottle of water and take 4 drops, 4 times a day directly by mouth.
