Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us at Helios. To comply with the requirements to be an internet pharmacy and a licensed manufacturer we have a comprehensive complaints policy covered by standard operating procedures (SOP's)

We also have a detailed returns policy within our Terms and Conditions.
